为了营造安全有序的乘车环境，敬请各位家长仔细阅读《搭乘校车注意事项》及《康桥学校学生搭乘校车守则》，配合督导同学们遵守乘车秩序。
Please kindly read and follow the School Bus Dos and Don'ts and School Bus Rules for Kang Chiao Students in order to create a better travelling condition.

搭乘校车注意事项
School Bus Dos and Don'ts

一、上学时学生应于发车时间前五分钟到站，放学时接送家长亦应提前五分钟到站等候，司机依规定发车时间行驶，如因交通状况不良导致延迟到站时，导护老师会通过各线微信平台告知家长，请各位家长留意。家长也可以通过"安芯校车系统"微信关注本线车辆运行实时位置。
1. Students should be at the bus stop 5 minutes before the school bus schedule in the morning, so as parents in the afternoon. Bus driver will follow the bus schedule. If the bus is delayed due to traffic jam or some terrible weather conditions, escorts will send out the up-to-date message to parents through Wecaht. Parents can also check real-time location of the school bus through Anxin School Bus System.

二、学生迟到处理原则：学生迟到时，导护老师会先以电话联系家长（放学时联系班主任），若家长（班主任）未开手机致无法联系时，导护老师报备交通组，请求重复确认，经确定无法联系或已联络上但无法立刻赶到时报备交通组后，将通知司机师傅发车，以免影响全车学生发车时间(家长须自行至后续停靠站接送学生)。
2. Treatment for being late. If students were late, escorts will first contact parents ( homeroom teachers in the afternoon), if parents ( homeroom teachers didn't answer their phone calls, escorts will contact the Transportation Department to double check. If it turns out that the students can not make it, school bus will leave as scheduled so the other students can go home on time. (For the students who were not on the school bus, parents should pick up by themselves.)

三、需家长接送之学生，若家长尚未到站接，则司机及导护须在停靠站等候家长至发车时间止，若超过发车时间家长仍未到站，则导护老师将学生留置车上随车载走，并通知家长同时报备交通组，请家长自行到后续停靠站接送学生，不得将学生留置路边！
3. For students who need their parents to pick up at the bus stop, school bus will only wait for the parents until it is scheduled to leave. Then escorts will contact the parents and also report to school, while taking the students to the next stop. Then parents can only pick up their children at some following stops.

四、请家长注意学生乘车期间不得在车上吃零食，（早餐和下午点心除外）请不要分享食物，并保证车内卫生。
4. Food and drinks are not allowed on the school for a better travelling condition (except breakfast and afternoon snack offered by school).

五、感冒的学生乘车期间需要带好口罩，避免病菌传播，否则不得乘车。
5. For health factors, students who are sick have to put on a mask, or they will not be allowed to take school bus.

六、交通组每学年固定于5月和12月调查学生需求异动情况，并酌收下学期交通费。
6. The Transportation Department would like to do the school bus request survey in May and December, and then the school bus fee will be charged accordingly.

七、走读校车发车时间: 周一至周四18:00/周五17:00
7. Daily bus schedule: Mon.-Thur. 18:00; Fri. 17:00

康桥学校学生搭乘校车守则

School Bus Rules for Kang Chiao Students

一、放学铃声起10分钟内请尽速到达校车停放点(放学提醒音乐结束后发车)，按线别排队等候上车。请不要因个人迟到而影响行车时间。如有延误搭乘情况发生时，交通车只停留等待2分钟，逾时请自行解决交通形式。
1. Students have 10 minutes to get to the school bus when school ends (School bus will leave when the after-school music stops.). Signs for different bus routes are clearly labeled. If there are some special issues happen which cause students' lateness, school bus will wait for at most 2 minutes. Then students can only figure out how they will go home by themselves.

二、当天请假或放学提早离校不搭乘校车的同学，请通知导护老师、班主任老师或报备交通组。
2. Students who asked for leave or would like to leave school earlier should inform their escorts, homeroom teachers, or the Traffic Department.

三、上车后应尽快调整好安全带并系好以确保安全，不可以随意走动或在车上打闹，以免发生危险。
3. For students own safety, seatbelts should be fastened as soon as they are seated. No horseplay on the school bus.

四、车未停妥前不可起身离开座位以免发生危险。
4. Do not leave the seat until the school bus stops completely.

五、对同学要互相尊重友爱。不要在车上大声吵闹喧哗或说任何不文雅的话语。
5. No shouting or bad words on the school bus.

六、不要在车上吃零食和饮品、不可分享食物，不要乱丢垃圾。
6. No food or drinks on the school bus. No littering.

七、要爱惜公物不可破坏车上座椅把手等物品。如有损坏请按原价赔偿。
7. Do not do harm to the handle bars or some other things which belong to the bus. Compensation is required if damaged happens.

八、对导护老师驾驶叔叔要有礼貌（上下车要打招呼问好），配合管理，遵守乘车秩序。
8. Be polite to escorts and school bus drivers (say Hi and Bye to them).

九、依分配之座位坐好不任意更换或抢座位。
9. Students should sit at the seat numbers where they are assigned.

十、不可随意触碰安全门、车窗击破器、灭火器以免发生危险。
10. Do not touch the security door, emergency hammer or fire extinguisher.

十一、违反以上规定的同学，交通组将依照校车乘车违规学生处理流程处理。
11. Students who have violation of the above provisions will be punished by the Traffic Department according to the standard procedure as following.

（如对他人造成困扰、制造噪音、吵嘴、经常迟到、不服管教）

(Causing distress to others, making noise, quarreling, late for many times, disobedient)

 

 

（严重）学生处理流程

Serious Punishment

 

（如肢体或语言暴力、肢体冲突、恐吓、偷窃、对导护严重顶撞、不系安全带、行车中任意走动等行为）

(Physical or language violence, physical conflict, intimidate, stealing, seriously against the escorts, did not fasten seatbelt, walk around during the bus journey)

 

康桥学校交通车收费说明

一、原则及标准 Principles and standards：
1.凡正式注册我校的且已通过交通车需求申请的学生，于申请后的第一个结算日缴纳交通费，收取原则为一学期一缴，标准由交通组另行订定。（每学年的5月和12月交通组调查乘车需求异动，并上传下一学期交通费）
Students who are available on application will be charged once a semester which falls on the first settlement day. (Request survey will be sent out in May and December, together with the fee information.)
2.因交通费按整月为单位计算并预收，故最终费用将于最后一个月的月费中或退（转）学时决算，决算原则为多退少补。
Balance sheet will be turned out by the end of each semester. Parents can get the balance details through monthly fee account.

二、交通费退费 Refund：
1.因学校交通车路线系依各学生状况安排车辆，原则上不作临时退费计算，除了不搭乘交通车或改住宿才可退费，退费计算原则为申请当月不退，（次月生效）退还剩余交通费。
Since the school bus routes were designed according to students'need, temporary refund is not available unless the student stops taking school bus or decide to stay at school dormitory. The refund will be effective the following month.
2.若遇不可抗力、国家法定政策因素或原定学校活动取消(例如校庆活动原校内举办后改于校外)以致交通车不发车或学生无法乘坐校车等情形，此状况可统一计算退费。
Refund is available when school bus doesn't work as schedule such as when it comes to Force Majeure, the national legal and policy factors or temporary cancellation of school activities.

三、 备 注 Remarks：
1.乘车学生信息变更以书面申请为准。
Written application is required when student's information needs to be changed.
