为培养学生良好的生活习惯和学习态度,引导学生树立正确的价值观、人生观,养成理性思考、遵守道德规范的行为习惯。自2019年以来,小学部每月制定主题进行“品格之星”评选,我们希望品格教育在康桥可以更加具体化、生活化,明确德育育人核心价值的同时,发挥情境教育的全方位功能。

我们希望带给孩子们怎样的品格教育并向孩子们传递怎样的核心价值观?我们期望从个体和团体双重角度塑造和培养学生的内在优良品格,本期品格教育主题为“合作”,即‘合作之星’。
那么,关于合作的解读,我们本次的品格核心词为“协作力”与“荣誉感”。让我们将目光停驻于康桥小学部师生,与大家一同分享那些关于“合作”的康桥故事。

通过德育处开展的主题宣讲、品格教育学习单、班级投票评比以及“乐分享、共创作”主题课程等环节,小学部涌现出这样一群同学,他们在集体生活中团结互助、彼此关爱,是老师们得力的小帮手,也是同学们心中的 “合作之星”。
希望孩子们可以体验践行正确之事所带来的自我完善的充实感、价值感与幸福感,希望他们可以作为‘合作’小使者,将合作落实在康桥每个角落。
